Some promotions require you to opt in before they activate. Others trigger automatically when you make a qualifying deposit. Follow the instructions shown for each offer.
Bonus funds typically come with wagering requirements — a set amount of gameplay before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. Track your progress in the account dashboard.
Wagering requirements are a standard part of online gaming promotions across the Philippines and globally. They specify how many times the bonus amount (or sometimes the bonus plus deposit) must be played through before you can withdraw. For example, if a bonus has a wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling that multiplied amount before any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
vip123 displays the wagering requirement for each promotion clearly in its individual terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count fully, while live casino games may contribute at a different rate. Always check the specific terms of each promotion, as these details matter when planning how you'll use a bonus.
Your own deposited PHP funds are always separate from bonus funds. If you haven't accepted any active bonus, your balance is your own and can be withdrawn subject to standard account and identity verification requirements.
Contact vip123 customer support 24/7 if you have questions about a specific promotion, bonus credit, or wagering progress. Support can be reached through the platform's live chat or in-app messaging.

vip123 doesn't limit promotions to just new members or deposits. The platform runs game-specific bonuses that span across slots, live casino, eBingo, fish games, and the full sportsbook — giving every type of Filipino player something to look forward to.
During major basketball seasons like the PBA conference finals or international events like FIBA, vip123 often activates sports-specific promotions for active bettors. Slots players can benefit from free spin events and game-of-the-week features. Live casino enthusiasts may find table-specific cashback tied to popular titles.
These game and sport promotions rotate on their own schedule — the best way to stay updated is to log into your account regularly and check the active promotions listed there. Players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and across the Philippines participate in the same promotion pool, making it a shared experience for the entire vip123 community.
Bonuses and rewards are meant to add value to your entertainment — not to encourage chasing losses or playing beyond your means.
All promotions at vip123 are exclusively available to players who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is enforced during registration.
A bonus should complement your planned gaming budget, not expand it. Only use money you can comfortably afford to lose when activating any promotion.
Bonuses do not guarantee winnings. All gaming outcomes are determined by chance. Never chase losses or treat promotions as a path to consistent profit.
If gaming is affecting your finances or relationships, please step back and seek support. Responsible gaming resources are available in the Philippines.
